We are renovating our offices at 22squared. Our Tampa renovation is just about done, and the Atlanta reno is almost half-way finished. We have been in temporary quarters for 3 months, and I’m really excited to get into the new space. Mostly because it’s about 40 miles from the refrigerator to the microwave (don’t ask..) and that trek is getting o-l-d.

Word got around that I am the “decorator girl”—my diabolical plan is working perfectly, mwahaha!—and a friend of mine in the Tampa office asked me to do some digging into rug ideas for some of the public spaces down there. (Side note, every single time I type the word “public,” I type the word “publix” instead. I am just THAT LOYAL.)

Anyway, in my searches, I found quite a few rugs I dug and thought I’d share them! (Just click on the images to see them in a bigger size.)

What do you think? Any rugs you are loving lately? They’re not cheap, so I understand why picking one can be a hard decision for many people. I know when Taylor and I got our rug for the family room I hated it at first. (I’m sensing a pattern here…)

    ooooh love them all.
been meaning to tell you that I’ve heard great things about this place – you can get slightly broken things (like broken hinge) for 80% off.

Molly, I love your blog! I’m trying to decorate our recently renovated house, but I have the design sense of a thumbtack. In particular, picking out rugs makes me have heart palpitations. Hopefully reading your blog every single day will give me at least enough strength to hang some pictures on the wall. :)

Leslie, I’ve been there once before, a long time ago. I’ve been meaning to go back! I think it’s right near Angie’s.

Margaret Ann, thanks for the blog love! I’m sure your place is great—a new renovation, how cool. Plus, I’m sure you have better things to do with your time with those three little blondies to take care of. :)

Oops–the old Ballard was near Angie’s. Just clicked on the handy link you sent to learn it’s now in the ‘retta.

Perfect! I’m in the market for rugs and am terrible at picking them out. This is great for me right now.

Also – a BIG CONGRATS and LOVE to you and Taylor.

Saw your comment on apartment therapy about dying the rug – we want to do it too! Let’s make it happen. I’m in Atlanta as well…maybe we can put our heads together!
