Nest Tour: Bathrooms

The Hall Bathroom

Both our bathrooms have the lovely 50s tile. But, we lucked out with this bathroom. It could have been much worse: burgundy or pink, for starters.

So, in the spirit of “can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em”, we decided to make the best of the green situation and set it off with some dark gray paint

The Master Bathroom

Um. The “before” is the “after.”

I painted the glass of the medicine cabinet with green chalkboard paint and switched around the hinges so it is more natural to open it from the sink.

I also added a spice rack (seriously) for more storage, hung a photo of the showers at the Ace Hotel pool and painted the mirror white.

Eventually we would LOVE to redo this bathroom. Well, we would love to redo it like, yesterday. The eventually part is when it’ll actually get done.
